Returns + Exchanges
- Merchandise must ARRIVE back to us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date indicated by your order’s tracking number or the date of purchase if choosing to do WearHouse pickup. Claims should be sent to Twistedcottonboutique@gmail.com
- Items must be in NEW condition - no signs of wear, tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free.
- Any item purchased “on sale” is a final sale but size exchange for the same item is welcome, when available.
- Custom orders are not returnable
- We do offer refunds but please know that 15% will be withheld to cover processing, restocking, card fees, etc.
- Exchanges may be made but shipping charges will apply
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order and submit photos along with claim to firstname.lastname@example.org.
